Blue Moon’s tight vocal harmonies shine through a varied musical landscape that includes R&B, Motown, Blues, and Folk Rock.
Hudson Valley band leader, Harvey Citron has employed the finest talent of the Tri State area – from small combos to large ensembles. Harvey is also a world-renowned Luthier (Citron Guitars), designing and hand crafting guitars and basses.
Multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Tim Kapeluck, performs regularly with The Saturday Night Bluegrass Band – playing for 10 years with legendary banjo player Bill Keith, and now with Eric Weissberg. Tim has performed at The Four Freedoms Award Ceremony honoring President Bill Clinton at The Roosevelt Mansion and on the NPR’s Dancing on the Air. The band has played The Bardavon Opera House, Mohonk Mountain House, Princeton College’s Institute for Advanced Studies and at The Sagamore Institute as well as Thursday nights at the Harmony Café in Woodstock NY. Tim is currently working on a CD of original music scheduled for release later this year.
