Elysia Román delivers an homage to one of the most prolific composers for harp, Carlos Salzedo (1885 – 1961). Román’s recital will feature several of Salzedo’s original compositions, as well as arrangements written by the likes of Debussy, Handel, and Haydn. Salzedo was truly one of history’s most talented, versatile, and virtuosic composers, arrangers, conductors and harpists. This is a performance you won’t want to miss!
Come hear some wonderful music and have a drink!
You may purchase individual tickets for Elysia’s recital on this page, but please visit this link (https://www.facebook.com/events/1496675327025008/) to consider a subscription for our fall season, featuring recitals from pianist Andrea Shaut, trumpeter Sage Boris, bassoonist William Beecher, and, of course, harpist Elysia Román.
