MacTalla Mor Family Band, the Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut, the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, Office of the Arts, National Endowment for the Arts and Tarrywile Park and Mansion are proud to present Tarrywile Park’s First Annual Multigenerational Celebration of Celtic Music, Dance and Peace on Sept 11 2016 at 2 PM.

This free event is open to all ages and will include music from award winning Celtic World Beat band MacTalla Mor, Celtic dancing and lessons from champion Celtic dancers, Great Highland Bagpipes, gaelic singing, food vendors and Mor! Come Celebrate Danbury’s cultural diversity, heritage and beauty.
Special guests will include former lead singer Ilana Ofgang. Percussion and classical Guitar wiz Levon Ofgang and champion Irish step dancer Christian Cairone.

In remembrance of 9-11 all proceeds from the sale that day of MacTalla Mor’s acclaimed album honoring the fallen Heroes of 911 “Jacob’s Ladder” will be donated to the Uniformed Firefighters Association Widow’s and Children’s Fund.
