The Last Waltz 40th Anniversary Celebration
Join us for a very special 40th anniversary celebration of The Last Waltz, the 1976 farewell concert by the iconic roots rock group The Band. The concert, and Martin Scorsese-directed documentary, featured more than a dozen guest artists, including Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, and Dr. John, and showcased many of The Band’s classic hit songs, such as “The Weight”, “Up On Cripple Creek”, “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down”, “Ophelia”, and “It Makes No Difference”.

Gaining critical acclaim since they started touring in 2007, The THE BAND Band is without a doubt the most musically satisfying tribute to The Band on the scene today. They bring the music of The Band alive with authentic, true-to-form renditions of their extraordinary repertoire, delivered with the passion and commitment for which The Band was renowned. Add a few special guest artists and the TTBB Horns, and you’ll experience the power and excitement of The Band’s legendary concert, The Last Waltz.

George Walsh of WCWP Radio says, “The THE BAND Band really nails it. Their shows recapture the incredible vibe that was unique to The Band.” And Rex Fowler of famed folk-rock duo Aztec Two-Step states, “Sadly we’ll never see or hear The Band perform live again, but if you want a close second and want to be transformed by the magic and spirit of The Band’s music…The THE BAND Band…delivers BIG TIME”.

Come on out and catch the show!
