SUMMARY:Macklemore & Ryan Lewis w/ The Flavr Blue
DESCRIPTION:Mon\, June 20\, 2016\nDoors: 7:00 pm / Show: 8:00 pm \nThe Capitol Theatre\nPort Chester\, NY\n$56.00 – $71.00 \nMacklemore is an emcee from Seattle\, Washington that often shows up the larger acts he opens for in the city. At his own shows he keeps the audience going\, no matter how small the crowd. \nOn his debut album\, The Language of My World\, Macklemore drafts a lyrical landscape of classic proportions. This record is teeming with energy and ambition\, serving as a fitting debut for one of this country’s most promising young artists. Macklemore’s gift\, like that of all great songwriters\, is his ability to speak on universal experiences in a uniquely personal way. Throughout The Language of My World\, Macklemore consistently addresses topics that are uncomfortable or taboo\, in an attempt to exorcise his own personal demons. \nRyan Lewis\nRyan Lewis is a producer\, photographer and designer living in Seattle\, WA. In 2009 he debuted his first two albums Macklemore and Ryan Lewis – The VS. EP and The Symmetry and Ryan Lewis LP. Both are available for free download or to purchase. Check BengalYucky.com for Macklemore merchandise and iTunes for the Symmetry LP. \nRyan Lewis Productions © began in 2005 as a leading resource for promotions\, marketing\, photography\, and visual design in northwest. RLP © has worked in conjunction with International Justice Mission\, Veatch Design\, JkoePhoto\, The Stranger and many other organizations. His photography has appeared in The L.A. Times\, The Seattle Times\, The P.I.\, Rawkus Records\, XXL.com\, Vibe.com and other press outlets. \n
