Naked, a Woodstock institution, is primarily a vehicle for Julia Nichols eclectic original songs. Blending psychedelic pop, telecaster blues, reggae, rock and worldbeat, the ensemble lends it’s soulful feel to covers cherry picked to come alive anew in the thoughtful rendering of Nichols other-worldly low gospel wail.

Eminent hudson valley rhythm section Kyle Esposito (bass, voice), Manuel Quintana (drums) and electric blues guitar master Chris Zaloom join together with Julia Nichols (voice, guitar, percussion) and Sarah Kramer-Harrison (voice) to create songs a genre defying mix of soulful, sultry sounds, lyrics that give you something to think about and rhythms that are just begging for dance.
