Join us Saturday, Aug. 5 starting at noon for a day celebrating community, art, music, and wellness. O+ Poughkeepsie features more than 20 bands, live painting, wellness classes and multiple murals being painted along Main Street throughout the day. A pre-festival kickoff with O+ bands takes place Aug. 4 to coincide with First Fridays. This is Poughkeepsie’s first O+ event and we look forward to seeing you there!

What makes the O+ festival unique? The artists, musicians, and volunteers who donate their time and talent to the festival receive complimentary health and wellness care from volunteer providers in our Artists’ Clinic. We call this exchange “The Art of Medicine for the Medicine of Art”.
