SUMMARY:Quiet in the Head at Spotty Dog
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of music with Quiet in the Head at The Spotty Dog this friday at 8. This is not only “somewhat” of a CD release\, it is also “somewhat” of a farewell to cellist Jonah Thomas as a regular member of the ensemble. If you have heard the music before\, or especially\, have not\, then grab this possibly last chance to hear this original music in such a way. \nQuiet in the Head is best known for great melodies\, skilled playing and a completely absent instinct for survival. \nhttp://www.quietinthehead.com/ \nHere is an old video where Seamus and Jonathan exchanged harmonium duties and Jonathan played the cello parts before they got a real cellist (Jonah!!) https://vimeo.com/76121675 \nAnd their greatest hit\, The Chocolate Theory\, also joined by Otto Hauser on drums and a headless Jonathan filling in on bass\nhttps://youtu.be/rqMQuTpUaEM \n
