DESCRIPTION:An outdoor concert on the north lawn at the Arts Center. \nMartee LeBow is proud to be the lead singer of The Mar-Tays\, who recklessly adapted her name to pay homage to their roots in soul\, rock\, rhythm-and-blues and a scintillating stew of regional styles. \nhttp://www.themartays.com \nThis concert is pay-what-you-wish. \nIn the event of rain\, the concert will be held indoors at the Center. \nVendor food will be available during the concert. \nThese concerts are made possible\, in part\, by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the NY State Legislature. In Putnam County this grant program is managed and monitored by the Putnam Arts Council. \n
