DESCRIPTION:The Goshen Public Library will be hosting The Big Band Sound to bring you a concert of the best of the big bands from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This concert will be held on the beautiful and shaded lawn of the Library. Admission is Free thanks to our sponsor\, Norton & Christensen! In addition to our concert\, there will be a complimentary Ice Cream Social! It’ll be hosted by the Friends Of The Goshen Public Library & Historical Society. Goshen’s own “What’s The Scoop” shop is generously donating their ice cream and scooping services.  If it should rain\, this concert will be held the next day\, Sunday\, August 7th at the same time. Call (845) 294-6606 for more information. Directions: I-84 across the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge to Exit 5A. Turn left and take Route 747 south to the light at the end of the road. Turn right onto Route 207/Little Britain Rd.\, follow it for 12.6 miles and the Library will be on the right. \n
