From the “protest songs” of his early years to his introspective, sometimes caustic commentary on love and humanity, his songs are thecornerstone of the soundtrack of his generation,and have garnered countless awards and honors around the world. In 2016, he added the Nobel prize for literature to his resume.Bob Dylan and The Band will forever be remembered as one of the most creative and influential musical partnerships in rock and roll history, from Dylans first world tour after going electric in 1965 to his roof-raising performance at The Last Waltz, The Bands farewell concert in 1976, and beyond. For this special show, The THE BAND Band will celebrate Dylans birthday, performing Dylan classicssuch as “Like A Rolling Stone,” “All Along The Watchtower” and “Just Like A Woman,” as well as Band favoritessuch as “The Weight,” “Up On Cripple Creek,” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down.”
