Pickpocket Romance, featuring Tom McDermott & Justin O’Leary, is one of the best acoustic singer-songwriter duos in the Hudson Valley.

Drawing from diverse influences including Mumford and Sons, Blues Traveler, Gavin DeGraw, Ed Sheeran, Matchbox Twenty, Dave Matthews Band, and Silversun pickups, the duo began writing acoustic original songs in early 2013.  By April 2013, they booked their first gig and have not looked back since.

They are currently recording their first EP, including the hit songs “Heartbeat” and “Brightest Side of Me.”  In addition to memorable original music, they perform today’s most popular hits and classic favorites with their unique acoustic interpretations ranging Pink Floyd’s “Wish you were here” to their rocking version of Maroon 5’s hit song, “One More Night.”
