The band is composed of seasoned musicians, some of whom are Grammy winners. Frankie Joe is also the fiddler of the 18-time Grammy Award winning ‘Jimmy Sturr and his Orchestra’. Featuring the firedriven, footstompin’, toe-tapping, traditional Americana folk music, Frankie Joe’s fiddling’ is crowd pleasing. While Frankie Joe Daigle is an Americana band, their CD, “Hot & Spicy” is highly seasoned Cajun music, in tribute to his Grandfather and mentor. The recording includes original compositions and clever cover arrangements as well as the traditional fiddle music of his heros Dewey Balfa, Rufus Thibodeaux and Wade Benson Landry.
