Growing up in New Windsor, Komonchak went to high school at NFA in Newburgh (his parents live in the same house today), and was a member of the band Revelation. After completing college, Komonchak moved to Los Angeles to pursue a music degree, and graduated from the Musician’s Institute. Soon after, Komonchak returned to the Hudson Valley and formed the band Catch 22 which played The Chance in Poughkeepsie several times, and even opened for rock powerhouses Big Guns.

picKomonchak currently lives in the Philadelphia area and maintains close ties with the Hudson Valley. According to Komonchak “I am looking forward to the time when Power of Three can come up and rock the Hudson Valley!”

Power of Three plays original classic rock and is comprised of Komonchak, Mlightening in a bottleark Capozio and Serge Nisen. The band just released its debut album, “Lightning in a Bottle” and will be celebrating the release of its CD at this very special event.

The Sellersville Theater is located at 24 W Temple Avenue & Main St/Bethlehem Pike (off Rte 309).
