(June 4, 2016) – The summer season has officially begun! Last night, approximately 1,000 people came out to the Putnam County Golf Course in Mahopac to kick off the venue’s very popular Friday Night BBQ series with Shilelagh Law, one of the top drawing Irish acts in the Northeast.
The band didn’t disappoint. Despite the high humidity, and threat of rain the entire crowd was singing, dancing, eating and drinking throughout the night.
The venue’s Friday night series is quickly becoming one of the most popular events in the area, drawing people from the entire tri-state area and beyond. The summer line-up is a diverse one, offering something for everyone. Each ticket includes a BBQ buffet and the show. A cash bar is also available. Seating and BBQ begin at 6:30pm and live music begins at 8:00pm. All events take place rain or shine (in the case of inclement weather, the event is moved inside).
Stay tuned to Bands Near Me for more information on upcoming events in this special summer series.
